Training schedule

My training this week is the following - 

Monday - 45 min legs and bum + 50 minutes pilates
Tuesday - Rest day 
Wednesday - 40 min running, 15 min back + 45 min yoga
Thursday - Rest day (due to photo shoot)
Friday - Circle training
Saturday - Legs and bum
Sunday - Upper body + running
