Beautiful Back Challenge

Like most other weeks I'm taking part in Ida's challenge this week. It's all about getting a sexy, strong back. The back tend to be an area a lot of people forget although it's so important for the whole body to have a strong back and core to carry us throughout life :)

BEAUTIFUL BACK WORKOUT
- 15 standing row
- 15 shoulder push ups
- 15 back lifts
- 15 “big swims”
X 4
I will do this circle 2 times this week
Precis som dom flesta andra veckorna deltar jag även denna veckan i Ida's utmaning. Denna veckan ska vi fokusera får att få snygga och starka ryggar. Det är många som glömmer bort att träna just ryggen men gör inte det då den är så viktig för hela kroppen och ska bära våran kropp genom hela livet :)
