Couldn't agree more! I'm such a big worrier about the smallest of things. This past year, I've been trying to change my way of looking at things after reading some great books. They've definitely gave me a more positive outlook! :)
I'm also a massive worrier but quitting work and doing this PT course is definitely challenging myself. In a good way! I need to loosen up a bit ;) Have you got any books to recommend on the subject?
